Please find below the Third Regional Strategic Action Plan on Integrated Water Resources Management and Development (RSAP) for the time-period from 2011 to 2015.
This third phase of the SADC Regional Strategic Action on Plan (RSAP), scheduled to run from 2011 to 2015, recognizes the critical importance of water resources development and management to improve the lives of people in the region. The RSAP is the framework for action to achieve the sustainable development of water resources in the region through the development of water infrastructures on the basis of sound water governance and water management.
