RBD facilitates - through the CB-instruments of dialogue, advanced training, networking and strategic personal development planning advise a process that key actors in SWCI have acquired multidisciplinary awareness and knowledge, practical skills and other key competences (social, communication, etc.) to fulfil their duties in the framework of the SWCI to interact and engage with stakeholders in planning and decision-making.
